A new healthy food * find *


  30 calories per thick slice ( large) 0.2 grams of fat, 1 % sodium and 1.5 grams of fiber!  ( 12%)  They are sooo good!    I love them with a tuna fish mixture I make up. I can of tuna fish - drained of water. ( not oil), fat free mayo, fat free sour cream, 2 chopped olives, minced onion, minced celery and carrots. Mix, ( serve warm or cold) and enjoy! 

 My new favourite lunch!
